This image is not what it seems. You are actually looking straight up. This is the side of a building late in the day but given a lack of the surroundings it is not what it seems. I stood next to the building looking straight up and under-exposed. Notice composition. The shadow from the lower left leads eye into frame to the pole in the center. Second pole mirrors the first. Careful to keep detail in the bright area at the top. Also notice the base at the center pole is bright not black, helps with separation in the pole, repeats white lines, and makes the dominate shadow sharper.
